The NEW Arts Management Magazine will also honor the Annual
Arts Management awards, a tradition started in 1968 at the Ken-
nedy Center with the ?rst award going to Harvey Lichtenstein for
his work at Brooklyn Academy of Music. AMM will acknowledge
celebrities and in?uential individuals who are extraordinarily
committed to philanthropy, cultivating and supporting the arts in
education and promoting the sacred role it plays in our society.
